4.       Reds stimulate the impetus to change and give courage.
5.       Purples bring spiritual balance, harmony and peace.
6.       Orange is for joy, wisdom, strengthening the will and for digestion.

Be very conscious of colors in nature, especially the heart of a flower, the shape of the centre, the colors of the petals and the stamens. Choose to wear a certain color to meet the need of the day. Flood a person with color for healing and upliftment by mentally visualizing a helpful color enfolding them. Periodically ask yourself: which colors will help me attain my desire and goals? Take one color each week and make it your own.
